Make pizza in a wood-fired oven!

The First-Year Experience Class, Intersectional Pizza, is hosting an event at the Whitehouse Nature Center where you can learn to start a wood-fired oven as well as cook different types of food within it for FREE. Friday, October 21 and Saturday, October 22
1:00 PM - Firing the oven
3:00 PM - Pizza making/baking
4:00 PM - Other baking

The Whitehouse Nature Center in one-quarter mile southeast of the Albion College campus on Hannah Street, on the North Branch of the Kalamazoo River. From the intersection of Hannah Street and Erie Street, drive south on Hannah Street, over the railroad tracks. Turk east on Farley Drive (runs parallel to the tracks); follow small white signs about a half mile to the Nature Center. The Center is adjacent to the Joranko baseball field.
